Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to email correspondence with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other systems to enter accurate data, compile reports, and perform essential administrative tasks.
  • Conduct internet research, organize information, and accurately transfer relevant details into email and database systems.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with carriers, brokers, and other stakeholders over phone and email.
  • Multitask seamlessly between managing databases, engaging in phone-based communication, and administering routine office operations.
  • Learn and adapt to new and complex computer applications to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain and operate a home office equipped with high-speed internet connectivity to meet the hybrid job requirements.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (PST).
  • Hybrid role with potential for full-time in-office work in the future.

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: High school diploma or GED (minimum).
  • Preferred Education: Associate degree in a relevant field.
  • Required Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Preferred Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience in healthcare (Medical Assistant background preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
    • Familiarity with internet research and database management.
    • Ability to quickly learn and operate complex computer systems.
